Carroll Provides Personnel Updates
Seattle head coach Pete Carroll is at the NFL Annual Meeting this week in Phoenix, Ariz. and Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times was on site to ask Carroll for a few personnel updates in between questions from national reporters on the team's outcome of Super Bowl XLIX.
Per Condotta, here's a few highlights from Carroll:

Wilson In 'Entourage' Preview

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, a well-known fan of the HBO series Entourage, will make his big-screen debut this summer in a movie based on the hit television show.
The Entourage trailer was released yesterday with Wilson making a brief appearance at the 1:42 mark. New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is also featured in the film, which hits theaters June 5.
Carroll "Video-Bombs" John Clayton
Carroll had a little fun on Tuesday afternoon at the NFL Annual Meeting when he decided to "video-bomb" ESPN's John Clayton, who was shooting a live segment of SportsCenter.
Carroll pulled a similar stunt at the NFL Scouting Combine last month, when he stepped behind Bleacher Report cameras filming inside Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium. The video from Carroll's ESPN "video-bomb" is embedded for you above, with the Seahawks head coach's explanation of his antics laid out below.
Farnsworth On The Mic
Seahawks.com digital media writer Clare Farnsworth announced his retirement on Monday after 36 seasons and 700 games covering the team. He joined 710 ESPN Seattle's "Bob, Groz and Tom" on Tuesday to reflect on his career. The nearly 20-minute conversation is embedded for you above.
